I create atmospheres connecting to elements that people wish to dwell in. For the last 14 years, whether working for Architects as a designer, or designing and executing my own projects; my designs, décor, sincerity and uniqueness make dreams come true!

Contemporary, chic, yet comforting, warm and natural, my design themes instil a sense of tranquillity and aesthetics.

My journey with the elements of design began at L S Raheja School of Architecture with Interior Design in 2003 and since then until 2010 I had rich and vibrant exposure to Arc. Sanjay Mehta, and other reputed names – where as a part of the team we seamlessly delivered Residences, Corporate Offices, and Retail Brand Stores all over India.

This paved my way for an independent assignment with The Deltin, Daman (formerly, Thunderbird Resorts) as an Interior Design Consultant, in 2010. 2 years of toil is what it took to make the VIP Casino area what it looks like today. This was table stakes at the design game.

In 2013, impressed with my designs, Angel Suero, the COO of Thunderbird Resorts Asia, invited me to Philippines, to independently work on their new casino in San Fernando, with complete responsibility for concept, design and execution of the Casino VIP areas, counters, cafés and lounges.

Back in India, and since then I have designed Villas, Residences and Resorts in Silvassa and Daman – earning the reputation and recognition for my design and elements.

Pluz Resorts, a 100-key resort on 13 acres of a mango farm, is a place where guests find tranquil surroundings amongst modern facilities and a buzzing discothèque. Have you attended a ‘Destination Wedding’ here yet?

The owner, Mehul Parmar offered me to design his bungalow and it was transformed to an iconic property in Silvassa.

Now, called as Architect Sanket Malwankar and within a few months, I worked on a 6-bed/6-bath, stupendous villa in Silvassa, complete with a home theatre, gym and ultra-modern kitchen – this again was famous in its own aspect.

I have executed more than 10 independent projects in less than 4 years with another 4 projects on-going at the moment.

Yet each project receives my personal, diligent attention-to-detail and completeness that brings out the life of place, whether it is an old-apartment being re-modelled, or simply designing a new resort on a patch of land.
